The Principal Architect of the project is Calvin Sim, from the world renowned architectural firm, Ecoid. Calvin, with his team, and primarily with the famous Japanese architect, Seijiro Hayashi, created the breathtaking spaces at Ananta Terraces. Features inspired by iconic buildings in New York. Large terrace spaces and green landscaping inside every apartment. The building is designed with a complete white façade and the green-tinted, low E double glazed glass adds a modern touch to the architectural finish.
The Interior Architect of the project is Carol, also from Ecoid; a firm with a huge amount of experience in creating diverse, world-class commercial and residential interior spaces for some of the world’s best known corporate and real estate brands, using pioneering technology and global design methodologies.
Coopers Hill is a landscape architecture, urban design, and landscape master-planning consultancy, with offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Bali and Shanghai. Its extensive portfolio of landmark projects spans across more than 30 different countries.

Prof. Dr. M. Shamim Z. Bosunia is a prominent academic, leader and structural engineering expert from Bangladesh. The areas of his work include the East-West Interconnector Transmission Line over Jamuna, a 500-bed hospital in Bogra, the repair and rehabilitation of hundreds of cyclone shelters in the coastal areas of Bangladesh, the preparation of a master plan for cyclone shelters, the repair and strengthening of Banglabandhu National Stadium and Mirpur Cricket Stadium, the design of a number of high-rise buildings in the country, including the 39-storied City Center in Dhaka, the design of Mirpur Indoor Stadium, and the design of various bridges of RHD.
